Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or made available for download, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Custom Development Services

For custom website development services, the initial 20% upfront payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for remaining amounts may be considered only if the project has not yet been completed and at our sole discretion.

3. Non-refundable Fees

Fees associated with completed work, delivered source code, or approved milestones are non-refundable.

4. Payment Processor

All payments and potential refunds are handled through Paddle in accordance with their terms and conditions.
