1. Introduction

Welcome to Websiteinventory. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Websiteinventory provides digital products and website development services, including but not limited to pre-built website templates, custom website development, and related digital deliverables. Certain categories or listings displayed on the website may be demonstrational or illustrative in nature and do not necessarily represent immediately available products.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. For custom development services, an upfront payment of 20% of the total project price is required to initiate work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client approval. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or withholding of deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered website or digital product for lawful purposes. Websiteinventory retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websiteinventory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
